FAQ
What to do in case the machine reports the error message “NOTE ACC ERR”?
In case the error of note acceptor itself is excluded the problem can be in note acceptor interface which can work perfectly after machine restart – but after certain time it can stop again and would interrupt the communication of note acceptor with CPU. The error can also be in the program card (in case the note acceptor is connected though it) or in CPU (Impact1) – but this often means the ongoing problem with the note acceptor.
How to make a game reset?
SYSTEM5 – open the back door, switch off the power supply, switch the RESET SWITCH on CPU to ON position, switch on the power supply and after approx. 30 sec return the RESET SWITCH into the OFF position
IMPACT 1, IMPACT 3 – open the back (front) door, switch off the power supply, switch the red button on the CPU, switch on the power supply and after approx. 30 sec let go the button PLUTO6 – open the front door, switch off the power supply, switch 2 rocker-type switches in the machine, switch on the power supply and after approx. 30 sec release the switches
Can I find the graphical illustration (demonstration) of GBAC2E note acceptor cloning?
Graphic illustration of GBAC2E note acceptor cloning can be found under Servis link.

How to repair the wrong start or machine collapsing?
First of all it is important to measure individual supply voltage from the power supply. For 5V and 24V voltages there have to be minimal values kept, otherwise right conditions are not provided for the reliable working of CPU. Correct values measured during loading and right on the connector on CPU are following:
5V – min. 5,2 V
24V – cannot decrease under 22V
Concerning 24V it is necessary to take into consideration power supply variations. In case the switching of primary winding of power supply (220V – 240V) does not help it is necessary to mount the expansion board of power supply. In this case we also recommend using so-called bypass-wiring which connects 5V supply from power supply directly to CPU and it does not lead it through expansion board of power supply.
Of course, another cause of this problem can be the CPU itself, program card, sound card, MS129 interface rarely, interface of reel or alphanumerical display. Here we would like to draw your attention to unsuitable sockets on program or sound cards which often have wide-spread pins. In this case it is necessary to change those for cards.
